Yesterday I made my first batch of Lovely Laundry Liquid. It was as easy as 1, 2, 3. Just 3 ingredients a bit of stirring and a few lovely finishing touches and we have enough to last us the next 12 months!
If you need any convincing that making laundry liquid is a good way to spend an hour or two of your time, then here are a few lovely reasons to give it a try...

4. It's LOVELY to your purse - costing just 17c (yes, seventeen cents) per litre!
Prior to switching to homemade laundry liquid I was using a beautiful New Zealand made product from Eco Store which is around $9.95 for 1 litre (which I still highly recommend for anyone not able to D.I.Y.) but making this one change in our home will save around $110 per year! So for me, it's time well spent on so many levels, not to mention the super cute surplus stock that adds a good amount of loveliness to our laundry.
