My enthusiasm is a tell-tale sign that I am new to this whole scene: eating from your own backyard. The novelty of seeing what form each plant will take and how each vegetable grows has not yet worn off.
So in order to quench my need to 'take stock' I have decided to do a seasonal 'In Production' update. Not only will these updates be fun for us to look back on, but they will help curb my impatience with the crops that are still years off harvest by highlighting the produce we are currently enjoying. So here is the winter 2014 edition of 'In Production'.
